This manual providesall the information you need to use and care for your vacum cleaner.Only with correct use and maintenance can the  machine work longer and better.Before leaving the factory, this particular model has undergone rigorous testing to ensure maximum reliability .  We are always checking to ensure that the vacum cleaner will not be damaged during transportation , which willaffect future operation and safety. This manual should be considered an integral part of the vacuum cleaner and should remain with the machine untilit is disposed of . once  the manual is lost or damaged , please ask Saving Marine Pte.,Ltd sellerfor a new one.


The technical details contained  in the  manual shall  beconsidered  the property of Saving Marine and are confidential documents.Even  modified  parts  of  figures,text  and  illustrations  are  protected  by  law.Some  details  shown  on  the  illustrations  in  this  manual  may  differ from those of your vacuum cleaner.Some components  may  have been removed to express the meaning more clearly.To make  reference easier, this manual has been divided into sections,  identified by specific   graphical   symbols.The   technical   details  mentioned in this brochure were provided by the manufacturer at  the time of compilation.This manual must be kept within easy reach  of operating and maintenance personnel.If you have any questions,  please call the after-sales service department immediately.



1.1 Introduction to main components



1.2 Suitable for the environment

In order to ensure the correct use of the vacuum cleaner,it must be   protected from corrosion  by some  natural environments.It  is  more  suitable to use temperature between 5℃ and 45℃,with a relative   humidity  of  Anywhere  below  70%,and  the  working  environment  must be free of explosive gases.

1.3 Noise level

The noise level complies with national standards.Noise tests have  been conducted on specific vacuum cleaners,and the noise of the  PT-S+series is no greater than 74 decibels(A)



1.4 Machine storage

Remove thefilter and clean it,empty the dust box,place the vacuum  cleaner  in a  room with a temperature  between 0℃ and 40℃,and  cover it with a nylon cover to prevent dust

Caution !

According to relevant provisions,workers must wearspecial protective devices in noise environments exceeding 85 decibels.

If such working conditions exist,workers need to be provided with such special protective devices  and informed of the hazards associated with the  noise.

Warranty terms

From the date of shipment on the invoice,sellers guarantee the purchased vacuum cleaners for 12 months.

The  waranty  is  deemed  invalid  in  the  following  circumstances:the  equipment or accessories provided by non-Saving  Marine  Pte,td  or  unauthorized units have been repaired and installed by an unauthorized third party;the serial number of the machine has been changed or  missing.

Saving Marine Pte,Ltd guarantees to replace any spare parts with quality problems free of charge excluding shipment fee during the warranty  period.

The warranty does not cover any cleaning of parts.

Any quality  issues and  production defects  regarding  materials  can only  be  inspected on our  professional  equipment or at our accredited  technical service center.If the production quality problem is not caused by Manufacturer,allrelated repair and replacement costs willbe borne  by the buyer.

The invoice issued must be handed overto the technician responsible for the repair,along withthe machine itself.

The repair order does not cover:Accidental damage caused by transportation,careless or improper handling,failure to use according to the  instructions  in  the  manual,machine  damage  caused  by  abnormal  operation.Saving  Marine  Pte,td  assumes  no  waranty  responsibility  for  man-made damage or improper use.

The manufacturer is not responsible for the following situations: :

·Failure to present a valid guarantee ticket ·Failure to follow the instructionmanual ·Use of non-original parts and accessories·Failure to  properly  maintain the  machine

Safety matters

The person responsible for safety is responsible for informing workers of the hazards associated with vacuum cleaner operation. 

In addition,there is an obligation to train operators so that they can protect themselves and others.

Failure to observe basic safety regulationsduring vacuum cleaner operation,maintenance,and repairs can cause accidents.Accidents can often  be avoided  ifdangeris anticipated.Operators should  be aware of potential  hazards,trained,and sufficiently skiled.They should also  have the  necessary capabilities to prevent hazards and resolve repairs.

Saving Marine Pte,Ltd will not be responsible for accidents or damages caused by the use of unqualified operators,nor is it responsible for  inappropriate operations that partially comply with safety regulations or violate the contents of this manual.

Safety precautions and warnings are notedin this manual and on the product.Only by paying attention to these messges can theoperator keep  himself/herself and others safe.


Cautionary Matters

Caution !

The following precautions cannot prevent all possible hazards during operation.To completely  prevent danger,the operator's  judgment    and  experience are also very necessary.

Each chapter in the manual explains in more detail how different operations can prevent hazards.

When  performing  maintenance  on  the  machine, the power plug must be unplugged.


The person in charge is obliged to inform theoperating personnel of the  relevant legal provisions.

This  manual  must  be  read  carefully  before  using  the  machine.The  machine must not be used by untrained or non-operating personnel.     Flammable  and  explosive  substances  can  be  removed  only  when  equipped  with  explosion-proof  motors  and  explosion-proof  electric  systems.

Do not operate without a filter.

When  the  filter  is  installed  correctly,the  machine  will  filter  out  all  impurities.

Do not change direction when the machine is working on a slope.  When the machine is stationary,brake the brake wheel.

When  operating  the  machine,the  switch  must  be  turned  off and  the  plug must be unplugged before repair or maintenance is performed.      Check the power cord regularly to make sure it is not damaged.

When replacing wires,plugs,and pneumatic connectors,make sure the  replacement ones are waterproof and have high performance.


Vacuum cleaners must not be used in corrosive or explosive locations.

Make sure that the objects to be sucked do not contain foreign substances that may affect the operation to avoid harming the operator.  Avoid using flammable or toxic solutions for cleaning,such as gasoline,benzene,alcohol.

Avoid prolonged contact with cleaningagents or inhalation of their vapors.Do not operate the machine near fire or heat sources.

Do not use it to smoke out burning cigarette butts,as the filter may be damaged.  Not for use with gasoline or other flammable solutions.


Potential danger

Carefull  analyze the  possble  hazards that the  manufacturer  points  out  and write  down  in the technical  documentation to  minimize these  hazards.The  manufacturer  requiresstrictoperationin  accordance  withthe  instructions,recommendations,andsafety  guidelines  in  the  manual,  and the use of the machine's own oradditional safety devices.

Possible dangers during the cleaning process include:  Danger of power supply

Only trained personnel may operate machines that require plugging in and must have double-grounded insulating equipment.  Dangers of flammable and explosive substances

Vacuum cleaners must not be used to suck up flammable and explosive liquids.


Before installing vacuum cleaner accessories, visually inspect them for any damage caused during transportation.

The vacuum cleaner comes with a dust filter bucket.

When installing accessories according to the type of objects to be sucked,pay attention to  inserting them into the other end of the hose.


Remark

The parts on the vacuum hose and vacuum accessories arestandard (special matching machines may only have hoses).Ask our resellers for information on the different types of optionalvacuum accessories available for this model.

Then insert the vacuum hose into the transition pipe. The roundbrush and flat nozzle are directly connected to the hose forvacuuming.

The S-shaped elbow pipe is used with a vacuum brush forvacuuming.

Motor control section description

1) Turn the motor switch key "Start" to start the machine
2) Motor switch key "Stop" turns off the motor
3)"Pulse switch" button: turn on the pulse backflush device

Caution !

TBefore connecting the power supply,pleaseconfirm that the voltage of the power supply isconsistent with that on the metal label.

Make sure the plug and socket are suitable.

Confirm whether the hose and suction port are suitable.

Confirm the quality of electrical cords and other extension cords Plug the selected accessories tightly into the end of the vacuum hose.


Replace filter
There is a HEPA filter inside the machine, which needs to be replacedand cleaned regularly.

Caution !

The manufacturer recommends replacing the filterevery 12-15 months..


work cycle

Caution !

Connect compressed air for backflushing, and thecompressed air pressure is controlled at 0.5mpa.

All operations described must be performed with the plug unplugged.

For general cleaning work, the machine should be inspected regularly

-Check whether the filter is old or the holes have become enlarged

-Check whether the sealing strip on the top of the engine, the filter retaining ring, and the dust box sealing strip are effective

-Check electrical components such as plugs, switches, wires, etc.

-Check that all screws are tight

-Check whether the machine and accessories are complete

-lf there are holes in the hose, the machine's suction capacity will

be reduced and dust and small solids will fly out


Replace filter

To replace the filter, the procedure is as follows:

Turn off the vacuum cleaner and push all switches to "OFF"

2.Take out the flter from the top for cleaning. lt can be washed anddried for multiple After clean off dust with air blower.

Caution !

The  manufacturer  recommends   replacing  the  filter every 12-15 months..

Trouble Shooting
